We refund to the original payment method through Stripe; banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days. The paid plan ends when the refund is issued.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time on your account page. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. Outside the 14-day guarantee, the remainder of a period is not refunded, except where the law requires it.
